Increasing fleet repair tech to 40 percent

I would like to see the fleet repair do a 40/60 repair rate, which is 40 percent of total fleet killed saved, with the other 60 dead. So increasing the tech one more level in my opinion would help out a lot. Only downside is big players save an extra 10 percent

I think the repair tech needs to be taken further. This suggested 10% increase is still not enough. I would like to see it expanded to multiple levels of fleet repair from on planet and fleet repair from attacks made. It would be nice to see 10 levels, with it maxing out at 30% for attack fleet repair and 60% for fleet repair if the ships were killed in defense of your planet.

I would also like to see build times adjusted to factor in the shipyard lvl and nanite lvl. I know you have said you will in the past, but I feel this is becoming an increasingly import component of fleet repair for it to be working as intended.

Repair time can be shorten by Repair Tech level and shipyard level next version(0054).

And no plan change repair rate in the near future. :)
