If you look at the Battle report, it will have his planets coordinates. Type in his coordinates in the search boxes in system view and it will pull up his planet. One of the options there will be labelled "Attack." Click that, then send your ships to attack. Another option under that is to "spy" or "super spy." I highly suggest you spy his planet before attacking to gauge his fleet strength so you know how much fleet you'll need to send, or if it is not worth attacking him at this time. A good practice is to spy his planet about 30-45 seconds before your attack fleet hits him to make sure he hasn't run or has not been reinforced. You have the option to cancel your attack and recall your ships until the final 10 seconds before they hit.
